SIP Blog - natural wines uncovered in a nice way 

This blog is the latest addition to the SIP web site, the aim of the blog is to have a place where I can write more about natural wines (and non-natural) in a more fluid and informal way. I’ll also be able to add regular updates and pictures. I’ll be writing about wines that I’ve tasted, places that I’ve visited, and winemakers that I meet along the way from my buying trips that don’t always go according to plan. I’ll also include the detail on good places that I’ve found to eat and sleep (and the ones to avoid!) so if you are planning a trip to wine areas in Europe you might want to check here for some travellers tips.

What with all the interest in organic and biodynamic produce and provenance of produce at the moment I also thought this would be a good place to start to put these words into context based on the wines available from SIP. If you want to find out more about what exactly organic and biodymanic means within the wine world, who does it, what the benefits are etc this blog aims to offer an insight.

My tips and recommendations for wines will also be covered with tasting notes with a rating, plus info on the winemaker and a bit more about where the wine comes from.
